To simplify data usage and sharing, a new export feature to PDF and Excel formats is now available in the BI – Production module.
This enhancement allows you to download tables from various sections (finished goods, semi-finished products, item families, raw materials, waste…) with a single click, for internal use, team sharing, or offline analysis.

To enhance supply management and production planning, a new MRP (Material Requirements Planning) feature is now integrated into the order table.
This feature allows you to automatically visualize the required quantities to fulfill pending orders by comparing material needs with available stock, helping you launch replenishments at the right time, avoid shortages, and ensure uninterrupted production.

To improve readability and user experience in the production table, the display of operations in multi-operation cases has been redesigned: from now on, only three operations maximum are shown by default for each article in progress.
To view all the steps, simply click on the article name. A detailed view will appear, showing all operations along with their progress percentage, allowing for better production tracking without overloading the interface.

To provide better visibility on the progress of ongoing productions, the production table now displays the current operation in progress for each article in the case of multi-operation workflows.
This new indicator allows users to quickly identify the current phase of the process, more easily track production progress, and better prioritize actions to be taken on the shop floor.

To improve navigation and access to information, a new filter has been added to the production production list. This filter now allows you to sort reports by origin:

Thanks to this update, you can more easily access reports generated from internal or external work orders, depending on your analysis or tracking needs. 

To enhance equipment performance analysis, a new section called " Machines / Zones " is now available in the BI – Production module.
This section enables a more targeted view of performance indicators by grouping data according to production zones, based on your factory’s specific layout.
For each zone, users can now visualize:

These visualizations make it easier to quickly identify performance gaps, detect critical points, and track production targets across each zone.
This update is designed to strengthen the accuracy of industrial performance monitoring and support informed operational decision-making.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve operational continuity and team communication, end-of-shift handover notes entered by the production team are now automatically recorded and displayed in the generated production reports. These notes remain visible and included in the reports as long as they are present in the production dashboard. Once deleted, they will no longer appear in future reports. This feature ensures reliable traceability of inter-shift exchanges while enhancing transparency, responsiveness, and the quality of production follow-up.

To provide more targeted and personalized analysis, a new machine filter has been added to the TRS and TRG charts. This feature allows users to select one or more specific machines to view their performance indicators in greater detail. The average TRS or TRG rate is dynamically recalculated based on the selected machines, offering a more accurate and relevant view tailored to analytical needs. This filter brings greater flexibility and precision to machine performance monitoring.

To enhance data readability and provide more precise analysis, a machine selection filter has been added to the line/machine production chart. This new feature allows users to choose one or more specific machines to display, making it easier to focus on the associated production volumes. With this filter, analysis becomes more flexible and tailored to operational needs by highlighting only the relevant machines based on the context of use.

To simplify navigation and improve real-time monitoring, a quick access to the Operator/Machine view has been added directly from the list of work orders (OFs). This feature allows users to access the operator/machine assignment view with a single click for work orders currently in production, making it easier to manage operations and review assignments without the need to navigate manually through the modules.

A new display is now available in the Performance Analysis module, allowing you to view the TRS (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and TRG (Global Efficiency Rate) by production zone or production unit.
Machines or lines assigned to the same zone are grouped together, and the average TRS and TRG values are automatically calculated based on the associated equipment. This view enables a consolidated and comparative analysis of performance across different production sectors, making it easier to identify the most efficient zones or those requiring improvement.
This feature provides a clear, global, and structured view of production efficiency at the workshop, plant, or organizational level.

A new feature now allows micro-downtimes to be tracked separately from standard downtimes, without creating a new production report. Micro-downtimes are automatically recorded within the same report, based on a configurable duration threshold (in minutes).
This separate tracking of micro-downtimes provides better visibility of short interruptions while simplifying data collection. Standard downtimes are still tracked through the creation of a new production report.
This enhancement supports detailed performance analysis and contributes to more efficient production management.

A new chronological view is now available in each machine’s interface. This feature displays the machine's different states over time in the form of a timeline graph. Time periods are color-coded as follows:

This visual representation provides an instant and intuitive overview of the machine’s activity, helping to quickly identify interruptions and analyze performance.

Discover our new feature that allows you to easily track all your work orders. View the total number of internal and external work orders, their statuses, quantities, involved machines, related items, and production dates—all in one place for streamlined management.

With this update, the quality control module becomes even more efficient and flexible. You can now adjust each quality control criterion independently, according to your specific needs. Additionally, each quality control criterion can be assigned to a dedicated person, whether it's a control agent or the operator in self-control mode. This new feature simplifies the management of quality processes while enhancing their precision and efficiency.

You can now view, within each order, the quantities produced and stored in the warehouse, linked to the order items, immediately after activating the feature " Automatically add finished items to stock when adding a production report ". Each reported production is automatically added to stock and updated in your orders. This feature streamlines management, improves data accuracy, and saves you valuable time.

With this new feature, the Stock module is now equipped with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) integration. This allows warehouse managers to more easily prepare the raw material requirements for each order and item. Thanks to this update, the necessary raw material information is automatically calculated and displayed, simplifying stock management and procurement.

The quality control module has been improved to provide a simplified user experience. It is now accessible via a new dedicated icon on the homepage. This separation offers direct access to production quality control and stock inspection functions, making it easier to manage and monitor quality standards. Enjoy a clearer and more intuitive interface to ensure product excellence throughout the production process.

With this new feature, you can now directly edit quality control results in the completed production report. Simplify adjustments, correct data when needed, and ensure more accurate and responsive quality tracking. We have improved the production report for processes generating multiple products. From now on, each report containing multiple generated products will be labeled as " GLOBAL ", highlighted in green. This update simplifies the identification of multi-product productions while ensuring better readability and quicker understanding of production data.

This new display allows you to view the production history of a specific item directly from the production table. Simply click on the item's name to access all the key information: batch number, start and end dates, compliant quantities, total weight, machine duration, operator, order, and the machine or line involved. A simple display to enhance your traceability.

Discover our new update for document management! You can now view your documents directly within the interface without having to download them. With the eye button, a simple click allows you to instantly display the document’s content, providing quick and convenient access to all the information you need.

This update allows you to configure alerts for when your sensor threshold values are exceeded. With an adjustable tolerance range, you can now set specific intervals for each sensor, ensuring that you receive an email notification only when a genuine anomaly is detected. This helps you maintain a comprehensive view of your operations and respond effectively to critical variations in sensor data.

The new BI Operations feature allows you to track each step of your production in real-time. You can now view, for each piece of equipment, the name of the production and the product, as well as the quantity produced. Associated information includes the creation date, compliant quantity, machine usage duration, and the responsible operator. This detailed view provides you with a better understanding of operational performance to optimize the management and planning of your production.

The new Stock Picking functionality allows you to optimize your flows between production and the warehouse. Whether it’s to deliver materials to production or to store finished products in the warehouse, this flow is based on a created request to ensure rigorous tracking and simplified stock management. Facilitate the transfer of items with increased visibility for each movement between the warehouse and production.
