💡Add Items
You must follow these steps :
1. Follow the path Home -> Products / items.
2. You click on the button "ADD ITEM".
3. You fill with : "Name", "Item category" if there is.
4. You check the box for:
- Raw material component: raw material or supply
- Semi-finished product: intermediate parts produced in the production process
- Finished product: A finished product is a product which, after processing, manufacture or construction, is ready for distribution.
5. Morever, in the "Article references" which is an optional part, you fill with "Item reference", "Client reference" and "Barcode / QR-Code".
6. Also, fill the "Weight (in KG)".
7. Add "the expiration date" for the item or the finished item and it will be included later in the leanios software automatically. (Optional)
8. Then , you click on "CREATE ITEM".
- Tip: If you want to calculate the production cost of each WO (Work Order), it is essential to enter the unit cost of the item (RM).
9. After creating the item, click on " Add purchase or sale price ".
10. Click on " Set a new purchase price ".
11. Enter " The price ".
12. Click on " ADD PRICE ".
