You must follow these steps : 

1. Follow the path Home -> Settings -> Downtimes issue | categories.

2. You click on the button " ADD DOWNTIME CATEGORY ".

3. You fill with the " Name " of the downtime categorie , " Downtime issues " and              " Manufacturing operations / areas ".

4. Yu check the box is it " planned? " category or not .

5. Finally you click on " CREATE DOWNTIME CATEGORY ".
