3. Choose the " product " to be inspected, then select the transaction for which you want to perform the inspection:

• Inbound Movement : if the inspection is to be carried out on an incoming stock transaction.
• Outbound Movement : if the inspection is to be carried out on an outgoing stock transaction.

Trick : If you need to inspect a large number of products, click on the pencil icon to directly enter the desired value, then assign it according to the product’s compliance.

4.Perform the inspection based on the selected criterion type:

• Quantitative criterion: Enter the value measured by the sample, then click " Submit " The total will be updated after each submission.
• Qualitative criterion: For each inspected product, click "C" if it is compliant or " NC " if it is not. The total will also be updated with each submission.
